Yes. There is a computer at the front desk that you can use free of charge.

Unfortunately we do not have non-smoking rooms.
Is there a bath that can be reserved for private use?
Yes, there is an outdoor hot spring bath that can be reserved for private use.
However, use is limited to hotel guests.

Do you serve western meals?
Yes, the breakfast can prepare Western food.
Because there are Japanese food and Western food, please choose the which is an either enthusiast.
The supper only for Japanese foods is offered.
Do you have single rooms available?
Yes. We have single rooms available. However, the hotel Charges become expensive.
Can I stay without meals?
We are very sorry, but all reservations include 2 meals (dinner and breakfast).
We serve 2 Meals each night (dinner and breakfast).
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, AMEX,DINERS, UC, DC, and NICOS.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, if you cancel one day before your planned stay, the charge is 20% of the total price.
If you cancel the same day, the charge is 80% of the total price.
If you fail to notify us that you aren’t coming, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Are there any beds?
Yes. We do have one western-style room available.
Is there a natural hot spring?
Yes. There is an outdoor hot spring bath available.
Unfortunately there are no facilities for showering, so please use the indoor public bath to wash before entering the hot spring.
And also please don’t wear bathing suits (or any other clothes) in the hot spring baths.
Is it possible to use the bath without staying at the hotel?
Yes. In addition there are day plans that provide use of the baths and a meal.
Do any of your staff speak any foreign languages?
We are very sorry, but our staff speak only Japanese. We recommend that you make your reservation through “Japanese Guest Houses”, which caters to foreign visitors.
Can you prepare a meal for vegetarians or those with food allergies or religious requirements?
It depends, but in many cases we are unable to cater to special needs.

Does the room charge include the tax?
Yes. It includes the consumption tax, a bathing tax (\150), and a service charge.
