Stairs and Accessibility Inside the Hotel
The hotel is built on a mountainside, so due to the structure of the building, it has no elevator.
Stairs are used to move between all floors.
We apologize for the inconvenience to those who have difficulty using stairs.

The front desk is there to welcome guests as soon as they enter.
Gift Shop
Various souvenirs and Iyaonsen's own line of skincare products, "Mizu Monogatari" are available in the gift shop.

Dining Hall Iya Fellows
Dining Hall Iya Fellows is available to overnight guests for dinner, and for day guests with advance reservations.
Large Bath
Located on the first floor of the main building. A large indoor bath brimming with hot, smooth water and a panoramic view.
Available to day-use customers as well.
Open 23 hours/day. Closed 10:30 - 11:30am for cleaning.
Cable Car Station
A cable car takes guests down to the open-air bath at the bottom of the valley.
